Our signature blend, this is a balanced medium-dark roast that can stand up well alone or when paired with creams and sugars. It shines best as drip coffee in your home coffee maker, but is versatile enough to play well in an espresso machine. Notes of dark chocolate and caramel, this blend is low in acidity and pairs well with breakfast.

All our coffee is roasted in-house to provide the freshest cup possible.
